I led the research of Costco's wish lists for millions of customers, spearheading the future redesign to drive product recommendations and personalization across web and mobile. Also, I was responsible for writing internal design system documentation for cross-functional collaboration.

- Presented stakeholder engagement through data-driven decisions

- Built structured design system documentation using Storybook and internal tools

Every product has a story behind it, and those stories connect people through a shared experience.
Give yourself room to play.
I believe it is important to get uncomfortable and become a novice again when you feel stuck to pick up new abilities.
Life is too short for bad matchups.
Just like learning a new game or a new skill, I figure out what is lacking.
Figuring out who's the beatdown.
Strategy is foundational.
The best design decisions start from the ground up with leadership collaboration.
We are all in this together.
Designers need to draw from and cultivate diverse interests than stick to voices who share similar backgrounds and demographics.
